Since our humble beginnings, we’ve been dedicated to building an extensive library of resources on mobile marketing, app development, and customer communication. 2015 saw this library double in size, with 130 new posts on the Being Alchemer Mobile (formerly Apptentive) blog, 16 new eBooks, seven new case studies, and an assortment of editorial columns and press coverage across the web.
As we prepare for a new year, we want to look back at some of 2015’s most popular content to really understand what our readers care most about: What issues comes top of mind, what pain points they experience, and how we can make their lives a little easier. We analyzed the year’s 25 most popular blog posts (by measure of unique page views) and found a few themes that kept popping up, chief among these being “mobile marketing,” “customer experience,” and “organic acquisition.” These themes and associated posts reveal a snapshot of 2015 in mobile and an indication of what 2016 has in store for us all.
