Security Features and Controls

End-to-End Data Encryption

By default, Alchemer encrypts data at rest and data in transit for all customers to protect data from unauthorized disclosure.

Data Residency and Isolation

Alchemer provides regional data isolation for privacy. Customers select the region where they want to store and manage their data, which is always encrypted.

Identity and Access Management

Manage account access with features like single sign-on (SSO) using SAML 2.0, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and role base access control (RBAC).

Distributed Cloud Architecture

Alchemer leverages a global architecture from AWS Cloud to provide a redundant and automated infrastructure.

Data Retention

Customers manage, maintain, retain, transfer, and/or delete their own data within their Alchemer accounts. Alchemer won’t access your data without request and permission.

Open REST API

Alchemer’s Open REST API allows for easy and secure integration into business processes and systems, and management of account access permission and controls.

Proactive Measures

Alchemer proactively protects customer accounts through system monitoring, scanning, logging, and alerting with our 24/7 in-house Security Operations Center (SOC).

Proactive Anti-Phishing

Customer accounts are further protected with proactive anti-phishing to detect suspicious account activity and compromised surveys.

Contact your customer success manager or a sales team member to better understand how Alchemer helps enforce customer-data privacy.
