Alchemer provides regional data isolation for privacy. Customers select the region where they want to store and manage their data, which is always encrypted.
Manage account access with features like single sign-on (SSO) using SAML 2.0, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and role base access control (RBAC).
Alchemer leverages a global architecture from AWS Cloud to provide a redundant and automated infrastructure.
Customers manage, maintain, retain, transfer, and/or delete their own data within their Alchemer accounts. Alchemer won’t access your data without request and permission.
Alchemer’s Open REST API allows for easy and secure integration into business processes and systems, and management of account access permission and controls.
Alchemer proactively protects customer accounts through system monitoring, scanning, logging, and alerting with our 24/7 in-house Security Operations Center (SOC).
Customer accounts are further protected with proactive anti-phishing to detect suspicious account activity and compromised surveys.
Customers can create HIPAA & FERPA compliant surveys by following these guidelines to enable security settings in their Alchemer accounts.
