In October of 2020, we renamed our company to acknowledge that we have many customers who use us for more than surveys. Several use us just for our workflow capabilities and even more use us for Customer Experience and Voice of the Customer programs. In this age of digital search, “SurveyGizmo” didn’t adequately reflect the breadth of our platform. We changed the name to make it easier for new customers to find us.
