Intuitive, advanced targeting capabilities

For example, Alchemer Digital offers especially advanced targeting features for mobile apps and websites, that allow you to target based on expressed customer sentiment, previous survey or Prompt interactions, or completion of a pre-defined event (ex: successful checkout).
WHO: The first decision you must make is WHO should be targeted with the survey or other interaction. Alchemer allows you to target based on many different customer attributes, including custom person and device data, actions people have taken within the app, and which interactions they have or have not seen in the past.
In the example below, we are targeting customers in the United States who have repeatedly expressed positive sentiments about the app or brand (i.e. Repeat Fan).
WHERE: Once you determine WHO should be targeted with a particular interaction, you need to choose where customers will see the interaction, which is a WHERE event.
A WHERE event should never disrupt the customer from using the app or website for their intended purpose.
In the example below, customers will be targeted after completing checkout.
Completed Checkout is an example of a custom event. When customers implement Alchemer Digital, they typically set up 10-15 custom events.
HOW OFTEN / WHEN: The last piece of targeting you’ll need to consider is HOW OFTEN and WHEN to display the interaction. You’ll want to make sure you do not over-survey your customers, especially on mobile.
In the example below, the survey will appear once per quarter per customer for a year.
