This month we released six new initiators for ServiceNow, Jira, Oracle Cloud, Greenhouse, HubSpot, and Kustomer. These initiators are available at no cost to Alchemer Workflow customers.

The Alchemer Workflow Jira Initiator allows you to automatically send feedback requests based on any event throughout the lifespan of a ticket—like ticket changes, comments, and more. You can initiate surveys once a ticket is closed to gauge customer and internal satisfaction with ticket resolution, and automate follow-up actions, such as notifying a team member of an unresolved issue that requires further investigation, to ensure that feedback is acted on and the right team members are informed.
Increase Revenue and Customer Retention with the Oracle Cloud Initiator
The Alchemer Workflow Oracle Cloud Initiator enables you to listen to events that take place across Oracle’s ecosystem of cloud-based enterprise tools, such as CRM, ERP, HCM, supply chain, sales automation, and commerce. This new initiator can be used to increase customer retention and revenue by engaging with your customer throughout the sales process.
