And that’s why we created the Building Advanced Questions program as part of our Alchemer Alchemer University (SGU) offering.

The Building Advanced Questions Program includes four courses to help users understand the functionality of Advanced Question Types including: complex grids; grouped questions; and Alchemer’s suite of market research questions. Users will also learn tips and skills to improve the respondent experience and collect clean data.

This is a great course for intermediate users to explore after completing the Beginner Essentials programs.

Course 1: Enhancing Survey Questions
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
• List how options on the Layout Tab can help improve the respondent experience
• List how options on the Validation Tab can help collect clean data
• Adjust the requirement settings for questions in a project
• Identify the ways to randomize answer options, questions on a page, and pages in a survey

Course 2: Advanced Question Types
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
• Define the following Advanced Question Types: Continuous Sum, Card Sort, Custom Table and Custom Groups
• Identify use cases for Continuous Sum, Card Sort, Custom Table and Custom Group Questions
• Build a Continuous Sum, Card Sort, Custom Table and Custom Group Question
• Recognize how the data from Continuous Sum, Card Sort, Custom Table, and Custom Group Questions will display on a report.

Course 3: Market Research Question Types
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
• Define the following Market Research Question Types: Image Heatmap, MaxDiff, Conjoint, Video Sentiment
• Identify use cases for Image Heatmap, MaxDiff, Conjoint, Video Sentiment Questions
• Build an Image Heatmap, MaxDiff, Conjoint, and Video Sentiment Question
• Recognize how the data from Image Heatmap, MaxDiff, Conjoint, and Video Sentiment Questions will display on a report.

Course 4: Specialty Question Types
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
• Define the following Specialty Question Types: Net Promoter Score, File Upload, Cascading Dropdown and Signature
• Identify use cases for Net Promoter Score, File Upload, Cascading Dropdown, and Signature Questions
• Build a Net Promoter Score, File Upload, Cascading Dropdown, and Signature Question
• Recognize how the data from Net Promoter Score, File Upload, Cascading Dropdown, and Signature Questions will display on a report.
