For customers with a mobile app, we’ll also walk through setting up our Digital SDK.
- Alchemer Connect (+2 hours): You’ll learn how to integrate Alchemer with your external systems and automate data workflows. By the end, you’ll have your key connections established and be able to trigger automated feedback flows that save time and reduce manual work.
- Alchemer Clarity (+3 hours): You’ll define your research goals, structure scalable feedback programs, and gain hands-on experience using advanced analytics, AI, and reporting tools. By the end, your team will be equipped to turn customer feedback into clear, data-driven action.
The hours above are just for personalized onboarding with our team. Every customer also gets access to Alchemer University’s 30+ hours of on-demand training, featuring hundreds of helpful videos on topics like survey distribution, reporting, and survey logic. Our public help center, Alchemer Help, features over 1,000 articles covering everything from API documentation to best practices. This is also a great option for getting new or additional team members up to speed quickly.
