How To Set Up the Alchemer + Gladly Integration
Setting this up yourself is pretty quick — and once it’s done, the data flows automatically:

Step 1:
In Alchemer Survey, add a Gladly Integration Action and authenticate with your Gladly URL, email, and token. In Alchemer Workflow, select Gladly as your initiator and connect using the same credentials. -
Step 2:
For surveys, select whether to Update Customer (push survey responses into Gladly) or Get Customer (pull customer data into Alchemer). -
Step 3:
Pick the lookup field (like Customer Email or Customer ID), then map Alchemer fields to Gladly fields so responses update the right customer. -
Step 4:
