Dashboard and Mobile SDKs updated with new security and data privacy management

In April, we released updates to the Alchemer Mobile SDKs and Dashboard, including several new features that improve the security of your data and account, as well as the management of customer data. These new features are the direct result of customer requests. The Dashboard updates are available immediately when you log into your Alchemer Mobile account, while the SDK updates are available in the latest versions of the Mobile SDKs – iOS SDK 6.2 and Android SDK 6.0.4. We continue to enhance our SDKs and Dashboard, and we will release new features and updates regularly.
Data Privacy Management Added to API
We improved data privacy management with a new API call that enables you to access all data stored by customer and make a request to delete the stored data. To access and use this new API call, please contact your Customer Success Manager so that they can provide you with the API key.
Google Play Dashboard Update
You can now view and filter Google Play ratings by country in your Dashboard. This will allow you to view and filter your ratings data and trends by specific countries. This update can be viewed by logging into your account. Learn more about iOS and Android ratings reporting here.
Key/Signature Copy & Paste Now Available in the Dashboard
Replace the manual typing with a new copy button that easily copies your App Key, Signature, and Signing Secret. This is now available in your Dashboard under SDK Tokens.
Android and iOS 6.0 SDK Now Available for Cordova, Flutter, and Xamarin
For customers using Cordova, Flutter, and/or Xamarin development frameworks, you now have access to the latest features and improvements we’ve made with the 6.0 SDK, including Accessible OOTB designs, Response Targeting, and additional layers of customization. As a reminder, all Android Native apps can now migrate to the Android Native SDK 6.0. The migration guide can be accessed here.
New Customer Authentication Available in iOS SDK 6.2
We improved data privacy with user identity management for instances when multiple users share the same mobile device. Learn more about enabling customer authentication here. Customer authentication will be added to the Android SDK later in Q3.

Improved Account Security with Session Timeout
To enhance the security of your account and data, we have shortened the account session timeout from 72 hours to 30 minutes of inactivity. If you do not interact with your Alchemer Mobile account for 30 minutes, you will see a prompt asking if you are still active.
