The hardest part of working with feedback usually isn’t finding an answer. Pull up any dashboard and you’ll find a dozen. The hard part is finding the right answer, knowing why it’s right, and being able to defend the decision that follows when someone asks you to. 

That gap is where a lot of good feedback goes to die. Teams collect it, analyze it, and then hesitate, because acting on an insight you can’t fully explain feels risky. It tracks, then, that 39% of teams in Alchemer’s March 2026 Brand Tracker Study said improving decision confidence is one of the things they most want from AI. They’re not asking for more data. They’re drowning in data. They’re asking for a clearer path from data to a decision they can trust.

Uncover the insights you couldn’t see before 

Alchemer’s Advanced Dashboard is built to close that gap. Instead of making you dig through reports to find what changed, it delivers proactive insights, automatically identifying trends, anomalies, and outliers, and then explaining what’s driving them.

Ask it which countries had the largest change in net sentiment over the last 60 days and, as Tamminga said, “It’ll just tell you.” What’s striking about watching teams use it is how fast curiosity compounds. “The best part,” he noted, “is just seeing how quickly curiosity sparks with our customers and just how fast it accelerates how they engage with the data.” Or, as he put it elsewhere: “Your imagination is your only barrier of like what you want to know.” 

The AI can also build the visualization for you. Ask for the trend of CSAT over time and it produces the chart it thinks tells the story best, then lets you reshape it, turn it into a KPI view, or pin it to a dashboard everyone subscribes to. If you’ve ever stared at a blank report unsure where to start, this changes the experience entirely. As Bo Bandy, Alchemer’s CMO, described it: “This is the analyst we all wish we have on our team… I can ask it to dig into whatever wild idea I’m curious about, and I’m always its top priority.” 

What action and insight mean for your team 

Less time hunting for insights. More time turning them into decisions you can stand behind. And a real shift in what your feedback team can be for the rest of the organization. Tamminga sees teams become “stewards of their customer feedback data,” able to spot something happening in another region and pass it to the team that owns it, “even if it’s not my department.” The feedback team stops being a report factory and becomes a critical asset for the whole organization, without becoming a bottleneck. 

Malwarebytes is a good example of confidence turning into action. With Alchemer surfacing what customers were really saying, they moved past the seven segments they assumed they had to 15 they could prove, then acted on it—four new product launches and double-digit revenue growth in a mature market. That’s what it looks like when a team trusts the insight enough to bet on it.
