Business continuity during the Coronavirus
As of Monday, March 16, 2020, all Alchemer employees are working from home. We are fortunate that, as a software company, this change is fairly straightforward and won’t impact our ability to support our customers. Our Support Heroes and Account Managers are available to you, and they can be reached through the normal communication channels – one change is that we have extended our Support Team’s phone hours.
