Utilities mobile teams prioritized giving their customers a voice in 2022, despite managing apps in an industry that’s not necessarily exciting or heavily transactional. Utilities apps interacted with 50% of their consumers, almost doubling the overall benchmark of 28%. And when people were prompted for feedback, they gave it: on average, 97% of consumers responded to feedback prompts (compared to 92% overall).
