Teams managing Shopping apps prompted more customers for in-app surveys in 2022 than the overall average (36% compared to 30% overall), particularly in Retail apps which prompted 53% of their customers for surveys…[W]hen the number of customers prompted for survey feedback quickly increases, brands run the risk of a lower response rate. That is what happened to Shopping apps last year: the average survey response rate for eCommerce was 8% and for Retail was 12% (compared to 13$ overall average).
