The [Personal Services] industry saw an average 30-day retention of 80%, which is exceptional and above the benchmark of 67% across all industries. Apps in the Home subcategory averaged 74% 30-day retention, and apps in the Tools subcategory averaged an extraordinary 85%. When the Love Dialog was shown in the first 30 days, retention increased to an average of 90%—with apps in the Tools subcategory retaining a staggering 96% of consumers. Customers stayed engaged throughout the year, with the category averaging 74% 90-day retention (compared to 58% overall) and 59% annual retention (compared to 42% overall).
