Education apps prompted only 12% of their consumers for in-app surveys, far below the
overall average of 30%. They also retained fewer consumers than apps in other categories and benchmarks were low at all points throughout the year: 30-day retention was 44% (67% overall), 90-day was 27% (58% overall), annual was 11% (42% overall), and 30-day retention after Love Dialog was 60% (83% overall).
